Sunday Stroll at Bonifacio High Street

Bonifacio High Street

Bonficio High Street is a good and refreshing alternative to the city's usual leisure places like malls. It has a lot of open spaces in which you can take leisurely walks while you check out the different shops and restaurants on the strip.

Recently, family sunday outings are being spent in Bonifacio High Street. Just two sundays ago, we tried out a restaurant there call The Stock Market. We enjoyed the food there although the prices were a little bit steep. My mom also bought in a "kakanin" which she bought just outside the church that morning. The "kakanin"did not mix well with the western theme of the restaurant hence, we felt some gaze from the foreign restaurant manager as we at the "kakanin" for desert. We actually didn't mind the gazing too much but said to ourselves that the manager could just be a little envious and could be wondering how the sticky desert we were enjoying tastes like :)

After lunch, the family would usually just take a stroll, enjoying the refreshing city air which we could not feel inside malls before. At half noon, we would just sit in one of the many coffee shops in the area, however, we frequent The Coffee Bean and Tealeaf probably just because it is located at the far end of the strip where we usually end our Sunday stroll.
